Denver gives the OK to marijuana posession

I was at my friends house on the weekend, him and his friends were high working on his car. Starts up his car after changing the oil and it all dumps on the floor. I'm watching having a nice cold beer and say under my breath "uh, did you check to see if the seal was on the old filter?" Stomps off and looks for the old filter and it's missing the seal "why didn't you mention that earlier" and I said "I did, you don't remember?" (I didn't really) :/
