Shisha is typically only 30% tobacco, and the rest consists of nothing more than flavoring, honey, and molasses.
And from what I heard about the dangers of smoking a hookah, I heard that one batch of shisha is about as bad as one cigarette, but hookah smokers are less likely to smoke the equivalent as a typical cigarette smoker.
