New Jersey Auto Repair Laws

Does anybody know where I could find information about auto repair laws in New Jersey?

Specifically, I am trying to find information on how long an auto repair shop is required to maintain records of a repair and exactly what must be in those records.

Also, I am looking for information on how long towing companies must maintain records as well.

Thanks for your help. I did some preliminary searches on google and was unable to find anything myself except for lemon laws.
