You could, but I wouldn't bother, since I just did it myself. It's not a static IP, so it means Wiffles is on AOL or some dialup service like that. Which also means we'll never know for sure if it's a character.

But in the end, it doesn't matter. Because Wiffles sucks so much that if it were a character I would hate whoever was responsible. Even if they were my friend before the Wiffles incident I would disown them and send them anthrax.
