Being an officer in a big guild is hard work.
You gotta answer a million questions from everyone. Some people are nice to talk to. Others are just greedy and want to find out how to get free loot. Others are just plain annoying or retarded or something.
Then you have to keep track of DKP and give orders during raids. And then there's performance evaluations and deciding who to keep around and who really needs to be gkicked. Then there's the endless discussions about how to best motivate people into performing and how to teach new people who show a lot of potential.
Then you kill an Internet dragon and everyone is happy again.
