I saw the rhinestone cowboy bug earlier, but I think we fixed that in the current version. Try clearing your saved data in the "Instructions" page, emptying out your cache, and then reloading the game to make sure you have the latest version.
Also, if it does happen again, I think you can take out the invincible cowboy with the mega attack.
