Well, I thought it was supposed to be someone holding a brain, and that is probably what it is supposed to look like, but in reality if you look closer you can see that it's his bald head (you can see his ears). Actually, now that I looked closer, it looks like he is scrunching his skin together with his hands to look like a brain!
