WWII was the last war we went into where we concentrated onv ictory and everyone pooled together. Towards the end of the Korean war we had a lot of restraints put on our activities.

The Indochinese Communist Party created the Khmer Rouge and the Laotian government. A communist revolt in Indonesia bordered on success. Hell, there was even a Marxist army in the Philippines and a Communist insurgency in Thailand.
Burma is now run by super-socialists.
