have you considered asking her (straight up) what is up i.e: "are you in love with me or somethin?" After that, you can always tell her straight up, that you don't share those feelings for her!
That is "meeting her in the middle of the road" and neither of you will be comprimising yourselves into a situation that you might otherwise feel uncomfortable in!!
