I read an article about a bunch of people (one a former 6-figure financial something-or-other) fighting over a $7/hr retail job. It was like 20 people fighting over 1 $7/hr position. It was depressing.
serious? jeesh i get $3.80/hr plus tipshare (usually about $26/night) and i only work 6 hr shifts. thats like $7/hr right there.
