Let's be plain-thinking about this for an instant. Companies exist to make money. If we would quit taxing companies, they wouldn't want to move out of the country, and the prices on items would be lower since it is not the company that pays the taxes; they raise the cost to the consumer to pay the raised taxes.
Lower taxes and you will see less of it. Now, it may not necessarly make people move BACK to America, but it will make companies less likely to LEAVE America.
