Yeah, no need to report them really unless you see the thread/post there for several days without a moderator removing it. What MLE said is true too - don't reply to spambot posts, because it makes them harder for us to notice.
On a positive note, the steps I took to reduce spambot registrations seems to have worked really well. There haven't been nearly as many new registrations on a daily basis over the past week.
