also i've found a bunch of radio show appearances where he'd just be hanging out and playing music and sometimes talking for like an hour or two. they're usually pretty good, but again i like his old stuff.

it's pretty funny to hear the difference in his personality between 1974 and 1975. in 74 he sounds kind of shy and young and a little bit awkward when he's talking about pool halls and 18-wheelers. then in 75 he's got that gruff, aloof thing going on.
