So I was level 25 and I had a few mutators unlocked, alot of characters and weapon skins and alot of progress towards other achievements and I turn on my 360 today to see that I have lost all of my progress somehow.
I'm back to level 1 and I don't know why. I googled it and apparently other people are having the same problem and no one is helping them. I called tech support, bitch asked me a bunch of stupid questions, then transferred me to a hardware specialist where I was on hold for 20 minutes until I hung up.
PRETTY LAME.
