Last sunday they had an "eye for an eye" match, where you win by gouging out your opponent's eye. They used an awful golfball eye prop, because of course they did. Cowards.

I haven't watched in a while again, but sporting events in general got super stuffed by covid. WWE has an edge in that they can do some creative taped matches in stupid locations like spooky barns to compensate, but you can only do so much with a show that is 90% about audience participation.

I gave up on them 6+ years ago, switched to NJPW, but they got kicked off tv so I switched to AEW, but haven't watched them in a month
