They kind of messed him up though. He doesn't say "Why can't I read your mind?"

Instead he says "I can't read you" for some reason.

They redid the scene pretty well though. He sure digs through your memory cards instead of the one liner before.

Twin Snakes was so bad ass! It was the reason I bought a Gamecube but now I need more games to play.

i thought it was cool that they added a few new play elements ( and kept the same codec face pictures). two things i didn't like was that they didn't use the original dialogue (Why fix something that works?) and that you cannot hold down the gun without it going of after releasing the trigger. that and the difficulty was insane.

You can do a equipment change while holding out the gun to take it off.

The difficulty wasn't insane. About the same as MGS. The first person view actually makes alot of boss fights easier.

I played all the way to the fight with Psycho Mantis so i know exactly what you mean. I love ALL the new boss fights. The fight with Ocelot was freaking amazing.

Damnit, the people at my local Game Crazy don't know shit. They said it sucked just because its the same game. and I belived them

You press Y to get the gun away once in FP mode. Was it me or was the Tank fight hard?

The tank fight was crazy hard. It seemed like it was a hell of a lot smarter.

I beat the game 3 or 4 times already on every difficulty except very easy and extreme. I'm on extreme right now and I'm stuck on the Ocelot fight because I have no health

in the original he would mention any konami games you had i believe, i.e. suikoden. in the new one i think that he'll mention games done by silicon knights as well, like eternal darkness.
