I'm okay with the design. I don't see the point of nitpicking.

Looks good. Except that the border around the cape disappears just under the dash.

But of course, you knew that already. You just wanted me to put it in this damn thread.

I like the logo and it gives the site a polished look of someone that would appreciate comics and not crude stickmen.

Now it seems more clear to me, mock. Maybe just because it's a larger picture. If you're still looking for nitpicking, you might wanna post a smaller version, so we can whine about how it looks when first seen.

I only have a small nitpick about that:

I think it shouldn't be a full toothed smile on his face, I think it should've been an "I'm an evil bastard" style smirk.

Thanks for the feedback people, I appreciate it.

He's not an evil bastard, he's an over-confident superhero jackass with a pickle on his head.

Maybe then "mockery-blooded bastard" would've been funnier

[edit[ Just thought of this... in this particular thread, the "third tit" everyone keeps referring to is gone, but in the logo at the top it's still there

That's because we haven't implemented the updated logo into the site yet! You're a genius. Really.

I think the piece of skin showing beneath the fingers looks a little weird... as if he's got something in his hand (or just really puffy hands). But I have a feeling this is one of the things that's been changed about it.

Also, this has nothing to do with the logo's design, but it looks to me like the version at the top of the page is less optimized than the previous one... Like there's brighter lines of orange and green along the edges of the costume. Strangely, something I'd sooner expect from a .jpg file.

A bit late, but today I played with the design. Maybe conisider this too:

Not sure if it's of any use now. Sorry for now vectoring and colouring, but it seemed like a lot of work for no reason. Besides, it gets the message across. Tried to go for that black marker shading feel but it's lost on pencils. Anyway, the dynamic is gone in favour of clarity. That's how I'd do it if I were the artist.

Fatty, thanks for pointing that out. I thought I was going crazy last night when I scaled it down and thought it looked a bit blurry. I'm re-optimizing it now, so it should be much sharper in a few minutes. z0nk!

Helm, well yeah it is a bit late and that's really not the kinda look I wanted. Still, I appreciate you making an attempt... I always like seeing other people's interpretations of a character actually. Kinda like how people draw Batman in many different ways. It looks like you've replaced his wacky space goggles with with standard issue swimming goggles. Perhaps he's planning on paying Aquaman a visit? That might explain why the pickle looks a lil' soggy along with the squigly fish emblem.

Okay. Just trying to help. I really liked the idea of a Squigly fish emblem. All in good practise.
