Every year as halloween rolls around I feel compelled to check these CD's out as I pass them by in the local seasonal shop. I look at the cool cover art, read the track listings then see the price and put it back. "I aint gonna shell out 12 bucks for a friggn halloween CD." I always say. But this year I had some extra cash burning a hole in my pocket so I decided to buy "Realm Of Shadows". So I opened it up and read the booklet while I looked around a little more. Basically what these CDs are, is they give you a little back story and then let the music paint a picture with the track names. Music for your imagination they call it. And it's true, you really can listen to the music/sound fx and picture the cool goings ons. It doesn't even have to be a halloween background CD. If you're just in the mood for cool scary music and sounds, pop it in and go on a epic adventure in your mind. It's pretty fun, check them out.
