Apparently, a man in Atlanta was dumped in a park a few mintues before sunrise. He was bound and gagged, and when the sun rose, he cried out something unintelligible and spontaneously combusted, turning to ash. I lost the link to the story, but I know who has it, so I'll get it posted soon.

That is a fictional newsticker from www.timeofjudgement.com . They are ending the World of Darkness RPG setting, the Apocalypse is nigh, and they are telling the story through newstickers. Scroll down, and click on the News ticker thing above where it says forums.
