The guy who is directing it did the title sequence for Beyond Reanimator. It also said "Brian Yunza Presents" who directed Reanimator. I didn't look at the website much but yeah I think they are Dutch or at least European.

I guess its Brian Yuzna and he didn't direct the first reanimator only produced, but he directed 2 and 3
