The bad economy sure isn't hurting companies who produce these elaborate expo booths.
Nope... they're not hurting one bit.
Not one little bit.
I bet they poop money.
There was a huge line to play The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
I wasn't about to wait in said line just to play it, but the motion controls were definitely impressive.
This lady told me not to take any direct photos of the Zelda screens, so I took one of her next to the screen.
Problem solved.
There was an even longer line to play the Nintendo 3DS,
so the best you're gonna get from me is a photo of one in a glass case.
Everybody up there spent half of their day waiting in line just to play the 3DS. Hmmm... no thanks.
Dead Nation satiated all of my zombie shooting needs.
I particularly liked how you could pick off the zombies when they were distracted by noisy car alarms.
I have absolutely no interest in the Scott Pilgrim movie, but the game is great. Classic pixelated beat 'em up action!
He spared me because he liked my hat. I spared him because I didn't have a gun.
I played this new Gundemonium game for a bit with Dr. Boogie. My character had two measly six-shooters and
his had this
giant laser the entire time. Somebody got the short end of the stick here, and it wasn't him.
Why hello there, Miss Purple People Eater.
I think we needed a machete to make our way through all the Nintendo fans.
Capcom's booth. Wee.
As part of the Dead Rising 2 promo, they had "hawt" zombies caged up.
Look out! She broke loose! Oh wait, she's completely blind, no need to worry.
Sorry zombie guy, you're staying in your cage. No games for you.
A Dead Rising 2 dirt bike scene for anybody who wanted a photo op.
She's promoting 1942. Get with the times lady, it's 2010!
Metroid is back. No complaints here.
You probably can't tell, but this picture was actually taken in Kentucky. Looooooooooooooong line.
Catwoman, I have no idea what you were doing there, but I'm sure you had a purrrrrfectly good excuse.
An attendee poses for a free green screened photo.
Bet he felt stupid when he realized they put him on a Star Trek background.
This girl didn't even need a costume.
What, still no Flux Capacitor? Not impressed.
Nyko was on hand once again with their big inflatable Wiimote.
And of course, they had their popular Nyko-themed booth babes.
Double trouble!
There's still much more to see from

Now that I'm done looking at the little details, thanks for the coverage, guys! Can't say as there were too many games I'm interested in myself but it never hurts to know what's out there. And yeah, I had a "Holy crap Battle Chess?!" moment seeing that pic, too. What system was that for? (And boo on poor deaths. That's what made that game!)
Most intrigued by FotNS, mostly because I'm a DW fangirl. Might check it out but it doesn't get me bouncy like the other Koei titles do when I hear they're being released.
Looks like you guys had a blast, though and thanks much for the article!
I'm still hoping there'll be time for Gene of God Hand to appear in Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, though... I've kept my fingers crossed for so long, I think they're frozen that way by now.

Man, I really hate you guys.
The one I'm looking forward to most, though, is Heroes on the Move. Jak, Ratchet and Sly were my best friend's three favorite characters and he wanted a game that combined them; however, he died in an accident three years ago, so he didn't get to see his dream come true.
