I used to love Shinobi and it's a shame that the game has been relegated to portable systems like the 3DS.
It's high time we get a new home console Shinobi game. Somebody make this happen!
The large Gears of War display and statue.
Dead Island does not disappoint. If you enjoy killing zombies, you're gonna love this one.
More views of the crowds - this time near Microsoft and Ubisoft.
Watching the Dead Island trailer on a big screen was good,
but nothing compared to seeing the new Tomb Raider
cinematic trailer. Holy crap does that game look amazing. Never thought I'd be saying that about a Tomb Raider title.
There wsa a big Just Dance 3 stage set up where roughly 20 people would dance
together in unison even though only 4 of them were actually holding Wiimotes.
Activision had some really nice screens set up to promote their upcoming titles.
As much as I wanted to like it, I just couldn't get into Centipede: Infestation.
It felt like a simplified, less flashy version of the "monkey in the middle" gameplay style of Robotron and Geometry Wars.
Here's hoping there's more to this game than what I played over the course of ten minutes.
Atari was giving one of these arcade cabinets every day to the person who had the highest score.
Unfortunately, I found out about this too late, cuz I definitely would've tried to win the Asteroids cabinet.
Man... that Centipede cabinet was in pristine condition.
I still think they need to make an arcade cabinet for Human Centipede.
This company is trying to blend video games with the real world in Air Drone.
You play the game and it controls a toy helicopter-like drone in the real world.
Interesting concept, but can't say it interested me, because I tend to enjoy the real world escapism of video games.
That and I would likely crash the drone into my face.
They clearly had the same worries, because they had the drones set up in a big
netted off area so pedestrians wouldn't get belted in the head by a rogue flying drone.
You can have the girls... I kinda want that little plush toy at the bottom of the screen.
In World of Tanks, there are............ tanks. What else did you expect?
Look at these lazy ass farm animals... always expecting the donkey to give 'em a lift.
The new Rayman Origins game looks absolutely fantastic with extremely vivid colors and I can't wait to play through it.
An arm from Deus Ex Human Revolution - apparently with a paint mixing stick attached to it.
This guy barely understood a word we said and didn't know where his own company booth was.
Plus, when we finally found the booth on our own, there was no Pac-Man Party to be found.
They really should merge the two skulls together... then they'd have a set of two functioning eyes.
Good, bad... she's the girl with the guns.
NASA was also on hand showing off their shuttles of the future.
Shuttles which were armed with rotating missile canons on the ceiling.
The Target lounge looked like an oversized igloo.
I can't believe nobody else has reported this news yet... so let's just call this an I-Mockery E3 Exclusive:
Golden Axe is being re-released once again, only this time it's gonna be a driving game!
There's still much more to see from
I-Mockery's coverage of E3 2011!

You know, Rog, at least there's a new Shinobi coming out, who cares what system it's on? I would murder someone for the chance to play a new Strider game on anything, let alone the DS.
Want to add a few things though, if its ok?
Your not really saying it is at all but its worth noting that Operation Raccoon City isn't a sequel to Resident Evil, its more of a alternate reality Left 4 Dead-ish (like you mentioned) side thing. And the only reason I'm saying its alternate reality is because of the prospect of doing certain things that will make other things in the RE Universe never happen (But I won't spoil the event for anyone who may not know). The real RE4-ish, horror, experience is going to come from the 3DS RE title Revelations, which is looking like its going to be sort of going back to the series darker roots.
As for Silent Hill, theres a lot riding on this game resonating with fans. Konami knows people didn't groove on Homecoming and really seem to want to change that. So thats probably the reason why the game was shown in such a shoddy alpha state as it was, companies usually tend to do something like this when they have to prove something and want to show it. Whether or not they polish all that out, or even make a truly likable game out of what they have, is something we really don't know till its closer to release.
I don't believe Capcom's ever had anything to do with Dead Island and I can't find anything off hand that says they ever did. That said, Square-Enix will be publishing this one for Deep Silver.
Given all the stupid crap the Hulk's been (or put himself) through in recent years I'm not surprised he didn't look so cheery.
Duke Nukem Forever came out today in the US (and last Friday elsewhere), so that's probably why it had such a huge line at last weeks show. People were chewing a the bit to play it.
Overall though I was really unimpressed with E3 all together this year. There were some small things here and there that I'm looking forward to but if the show never existed I'd be just as interested if I read them on some website somewhere.
they didn't happen to have an arcadia/starpath supercharger, did they?
That Famicom Box is really great. And I'm ridiculously excited about the new Twisted Metal.
I just can't help but wonder what Rei thinks of Rog flirting with all those booth babes.
Also, those were some phenomenal pictures. Especially the old gaming stuff.
