I-Mockery Pays A Visit To The 2011 Monsterpalooza In Burbank!
by: -RoG-

...CONTINUED

I've seen it before and it's still just as creepy as ever. KILL IT WITH FIRE!

Classic monster masks.

And more classics.

I want to drink out of a Verne Langoon zombie skull... just once.

Classic horror vinyl including Doctor Druid's Haunted Seance and An Evening with Boris Karloff and his Friends.

Hiya Mikey.

Genuine Don Post "Silver Shamrock" masks from Halloween III: Season of the Witch.

I got to meet Don Post Jr. which was definitely one of the highlights of this Monsterpalooza for me.
He also informed me that he's going to be releasing these official Silver Shamrock masks
sometime in the not too distant future for anybody to buy, so keep an eye out for them.

And onward to more masks we go.

You too can get an autographed photo of Char Man from Beetlejuice. He's still trying to quit smoking.

Anybody wanna kill a vampire? Preferably from Twilight.

The one on the left has a classic "Well I never!" look on his face.

Alright, now they're getting a little stranger.

And when you're done with the zombie, you can store a wine bottle in the case too.

Dead Snow zombies.

Snake Plisken.

This heroic firefighter saved a shoe.
He didn't save the kid who was wearing it, nor his own face, but by god... he saved that shoe!

The same nifty lil' miniature mask display we saw last year.

How come Shrinky Dinks never released a shrunken head set? You can't tell me that's not a brilliant idea.
I really need to write these great ideas down. Oh wait... I just did.

Zuni doll from Trilogy of Terror!

If you're looking for a Friday the 13th Part VI prop corpse head of Jason Voorhees, Monsterpalooza has you covered.

Boris!

More Boris.

He should be thankful... I think the netting is the only thing holding his jaw in place.

Why so glum, chum?

Awww... Alice Cooper, has never looked more adorable.

There's much more Monsterpalooza madness to see!

Oh, and about the gothic babe (zombie w/big boobs) maybe you find an explanation here:

Her name is Dahlia Dark, and apparently, she's a big fan of Pee Wee too!

Honestly, if Dahlia Dark didn't have her boobs out of her shirt, I would want that picture sooo bad! (nothing against boobs, just not something I'd want in my living room).

Don't kill it with fire. Schlitze was the sweetest fella you'd ever meet.

Thanks for taking all the photos! For those of us who can't make it to these events, your reviews are the next best thing.

Man that alternate Freddy design was awesome. It's like they took Freddy and somehow made him "freddier." Unfortuantely the guys in charge of the new line remakes don't have a clue. We get stuck with pervy mush-face instead.

Holy crap. The pic of the supernaturals toy just answered a question i've had for years, namely what the hell were those toys called.

The A-Z diorama is based on Edward Gorey's "The Gashlycrumb Tinies" but it looks like they're the "after" pictures to go with the "befores" he drew: http://nac.tamu.edu/x075bb/poems/gorey/
