That Circus Liquor sign is great. The only thing that could make that clown look sleazier is if it's wang was hanging out, illuminated in neon that moved as if it were swinging. Or is that more New York than L.A.?

A guy in a electric wheelchair blaring crappy music, in black spandex laying chains and handcuffs and a straight jacket on the ground. I didn't stay for the show as he was slow moving.

Anyway, another thing you'll also see lots of in North Hollywood are yard sales in which cops are perusing through the merchandise, presuming some of it to be stolen goods.
