Yeah, you can say that about there culture,and it is a good thing. I remember the Euro version Fallout had to take the kids out of the game b/c of the ability to kill them.
But look at Japan, very peaceful nation, but there media can be so graphic not even us Hostile Americans can't handle it. But still, they have a very low crime rate.
