I changed the amount of time from one week to three days. There might be the ocassional exception, if needed, but really, it shouldn't take you more than a couple hours to think something up and write the two paragraphs.
And also, make sure you have your settings so that you'll KNOW when you have a PM. Either by getting an e-mail alert, or having a popup window.
