I know why it got a PG-13 rating. It's because it's not as dark as the other 3. There are still all the "Fuck you!"s and head-crushing, it's just that it has the style of say... a Transporter movie. But it's still Die Hard, 100%.
I went with my best friend, (who somehow has never seen a Die Hard, before this), and he loved it.
