Wasn't Prime Directives the name of the tv series? Never heard about the tv movies or cartoon though. In my perfect world there is only one movie. Maybe two.
Just to be certain, I checked wikipedia, and in addition to the two animated cartoons, there was a regular live action show, RoboCop: The Series, and RoboCop: Prime Directives, which was more of a mini-series, consisting of 4 tv movies.
