Stupid gimmick.

Exercising or in your case, hiking, can be a great stress reliever. I recommend jogging or weightlifting. The past 6 months or so have been very stressful for me but i've spent the past month running or lifting on a daily basis. It's definitely helped keep me calm and distracted from the shittier parts of life. Even better, you'll get in better shape. That or just masturbate more.

I know this because, earlier today, there was a bad smell and my mom said that she was going to puke. I thought, ''I hope you choke to death on your vomit.''
