I don't kow who told you this film was bad ROG, but they are dead wrong. Inanimate objects suddenly coming to life via cosmic rays immediately takes any believability out of the story, so you can just sit back and enjoy the gore. Tons of jokes, nice death scenes and just pure enjoyment to be had.
In my opinion, this film is what a troma film would be if they had an actual budget and cinematographer.
