why did you start posting- I love the I-Mockery site, and figured that the boards are probably just as good as the site, and possibly even better because they get to be interactive! :)
how long have you been on the board- Well, I joined during the summer, but I only posted once or twice I think, but I'm intending to get more into the board now that I've got more free time.
hobbies- Playing guitar, writing, drawing, online stuff (you know...building websites, posting on boards, playing games, email...the usual), obsessively following my favorite musicians ;)
fav. music/band- I'm a classic rocker, even though I wasn't lucky enough to be around in the era when the music was made. My three favorite bands (don't laugh too hard) are The Beatles, The Who, and The Monkees (thus, my avatar being the picture taken of Davy Jones and myself when I got to meet him in August :-D). I also really like Pink Floyd, Aerosmith, Ozzy Osbourne/Black Sabbath, Motley Crue, and Peter Frampton, along with many others, but these're just my total favorites. :)
fav. book- I'm not too picky, I'll read just about anything, considering it's interesting.
fav. movie- lol I could go on for ages with this one, since I have a LOT of favorite movies.....okay, the basic ones are all the movies that my favorite bands ever made, so I'll get those out of the way right now without having to list all of them by name. why do i want to be a funeral director?

my usual answer: maybe this sounds cheesy, but there's a long and proud tradition that goes with funeral directing, it being the second oldest profession in the world. i'd like to be a part of that. and i want to help people. a lot of the work is couseling the bereaved. i know form experience that it's better when someone you love dies to have somebody who knows what they're doing ready to help you figure everything out. it's good to be the guy who comes in and lends a hand when someone is totally freaked out. also it's a good business to get into; the client pool is never going to dry up and the demand for licensed FDs is high, so there's always going to be work. if you're good at it you can make a lot of money and become a valued member of your community.

why did you start posting- I was bored and wanted to meet new
