Honestly, if someone was seriously going to offer me that amount for the site, I'd still turn it down. I've been doing I-Mockery in one shape or form since '96, and the site now makes a decent profit on the side. I'm even able to give some o' the guys who write for the site a few bucks here 'n there now... which is something I had always hoped I could do. So yeah, if I was ever going to sell the site it would have to be for a lot more than that, and there would probably have to be some clause in it that would keep all of us writers on the staff. I mean, it's not like it's a self-updating site (such as fark or other popular blogs), so without the current staff, it would just sit here and never do anything without the writers. I dunno, it would take something really impressive for me to even consider selling it. And if I did sell it, I'd make sure that those who have helped me with it all these years saw a nice chunk of those earnings.
