Welcome to the "Jesus Encounter
Self-Help" guide. Whether you feel you are a victim or simply want to assist a family member or friend, this site is designed as a supportive resource. You will find step by step principles you can use now, encounter symptoms, actions to take during an encounter, and a short quiz. Most importantly you do not have to be alone. Therefore, if you THINK you may have had such a Close Encounter of the Jesus Kind, then the odds are very good that you probably have. So, now, let's set about to properly deal with it.
First let's cover the basic steps you should take during the Jesus encounter to protect yourself. People need to know they have power in saving themselves.
Do not panic. Jesus might sense fear and act rashly.
Control your thoughts. Do not think of anything violent or upsetting. Jesus might have the ability to read your mind. Try to avoid mental images of abduction (lying on a steel table, anal probes); such images might encourage him to take you.
Resist verbally. Firmly tell Jesus to leave you alone.
Resist mentally. Picture yourself enveloped in a Ring of Fire or in a hellish place. Jesus is thought to be telepathic and might get the message.
When all else fails, fight back!
If you already know you have had a Close Encounter of the Jesus Kind, and are suffering mentally from it, here are a few step by step principles you can begin on right now!
AVOIDING TELLING YOUR FAMILY:
While we all like to fall back on our family and relatives to help us cope with disasters in our life, the Jesus phenomena all too often produces bizarre results with those close to us! And, bear in mind, that in many States, all it takes is a phone call from a relative to State Mental Health, and you can be drugged and carted off to the other end of the State.
FIND A SUPPORT GROUP:
Being able to talk with others about what you experienced is very good for your mental health. For, verbalizing it helps get it out in the open, where your own, conscious mind can deal with it better. So, search for a group that will be supportive of you and your experience. However, we would caution you about Jesus Support Groups. There is, unfortunately, a growing number of Jesus Cult Groups, that publicize Abduction help, but, in reality, only draw the victim into this little totalitarian world, that the cult seeks.
AVOID ESTABLISHMENT AUTHORITIES!!!
Unfortunately, all too many people seem to think that the Police are appointed to deal with this. And, after they have had a Close Encounter of the Jesus Kind, they immediate run to the Police for help. Sadly, most policemen have NO training or experience in this area! On the other hand, if you have had a conscious Close Encounter of the Jesus Kind where you have either talked with or communicated with Jesus, then it may be wise to contact you nearest embassy or consulate--especially if the Jesus indicated that He may return.
SORTING OUT YOUR EXPERIENCE:
Well, the bottom line is this: while it certainly is nice to get help with what you have to deal with, the hard cold facts are that it is YOU that is going to have to face, and deal with it! And now, at least you have some hints and clues as to what to do (and not do) and where to go for help.
So, as we wrap this up, let me give you this strong word of advice: DON'T DO ANYTHING THAT ANY JESUS TELLS YOU TO DO! A true Jesus does not need to command you around or run your life! However, the Government is likely to be using this as a trick, to get you to do things for them.
DEALING WITH IT:
Well, if you have read a fair amount of literature on Jesus Abductions, then you ought to now realize that there is more than one kind. (And, even worse, the controversies over them are raging--tearing apart many Jesus groups!) But, despite all the hot air (and red faces), the truth is: how you end up coping and dealing with what happened to you, will greatly depend on just which Abduction experience you have really had.
The following is a list of some of the anomalies and experiences commonly reported by abductees. It should be noted however, that there are other explanations for these phenomena, and these do not necessarily validate that you are or are not an abductee. Use this list simply as a comparison guide for your own experiences. These anomalies are not reported in any particular order of importance.
Waking up paralyzed, and or with a sense of a strange person, presence or being in the room.
Experiencing a period of missing time of an hour or more in which there is no memory of where you were or how this occurred.
Discovering strange scars, marks, scratches, burns or bruises on your body for which there seems no explanation as to how or where you got them. Upon observing them, there is often a strange feeling that something is not right, or a general foreboding sense.
As an adult, having seen non-human figures or beings, such as monsters, ghosts, light beings, devils, hooded beings, witches, etc. in your bedroom, closet or elsewhere.
Seeing a Jesus.
Uncomfortable flashback images that will not go away, such as images of Jesus/the Virgin Mary/Moses, the Boogie Man, needles, examining tables, strange pliers, etc.
Unusual nose bleeds or blood stains in your bed, which have no explanation as to cause.
Phobias and strong fears of flying, needles, doctors, witches, Satan, reality, fear of going to sleep at night, being out of control, being monitored or watched, personal security and or being alone, etc.
Frightening dreams or memories of birds with larger than normal eyes, such as doves, which seem out of place. Ex: memory or dream of seeing a dove with very large eyes at the edge of your bed.
For Women: Immaculate Conception.
(Diagnosed as pregnant, but claiming to be a Virgin.)
Waking up in a different place than where you went to sleep, or don't recall going to sleep.
Having a strong emotional response to images of Jesus. You may have felt drawn towards or repulsed by the image.
Having a strong interest in the subject of Jesus. Feeling drawn or compelled as though you cannot get enough or read enough to satisfy your interest. Or, having an extreme fear of reading or learning more about the subject.
A history of Jesus activity in your family, such as church, Sunday school, Christmas, etc.
The following are common emotional or personality characteristics of abductees, although there are other explanations for these disorders or traits as well.
Unsatisfactory relationships and sexual issues.
You have a strong sense that you are a part of an important mission or task, without understanding where this feeling came from or necessarily knowing what that mission is.
You experienced a sudden change in your worldview or personal habits, such as an interest in other people's business, abortion clinic bombings, and became more socially inept.
You have had dreams of environmental catastrophes, earth changes and destruction.
Feelings of low self-esteem and uncomfortable in social situations.
There are many more items that can be added to these lists, but these are a summary of the more common anomalies, experiences and personality traits of an abductee or experiencer.
