If someone were to ask me if I liked Moral Orel I'd say sure, but that was before the "Nature" episode. I can't believe I'd never seen a single episode of the third season until now; watched the entire thing on Youtube. It's unbelievable that this is the same show that once featured naked zombies. You can't really list Moral Orel as a comedy anymore unless you completely ignore the last season, it's not "funny because it's dark," it's just plain dark. I'm amazed at how much drama they're able to pull off in fifteen minutes. Maybe it's because I just finished watching it but I feel like Moral Orel is the best show Adult Swim has ever produced.

The new episode of lost need to be out now. I want to see if the ever living guy is like gideon the watcher.
Watched wild and out yesterday and they had biz markie with fabalus. At the end where they have the battle for the belt Biz went on a freestyle that didn't really diss the other team but just sounded good. At the end of the freestyle the beat cut off....Biz looked right at Nick Cannon and was just like "NICK CANNON YOU'RE TERRIBLE."
He didn't get a point for it on the show but on this score board he did.

they're actually flashbacks (only in the sense that they are in the 'past,' not they anyone retains the memories). it's 2007 on the island and all the off island stuff is in the alternate 2004 timeline
my theory:
during the season five finale, at one point miles says something along the lines of "did any of you happen to think that what jack is about to do might not change anything? that this is exactly how 'the incident' is supposed to happen?" and that has sat with me for awhile now. like, he's probably right, and that's why after juliet denotes jughead they wind up in 2007 with the hatch still having been built there and yadda yadda because it didn't change anything. it was what happened in the first timeline. BUT, it makes me wonder how they will connect this 2007 island timeline (which, from my theory, means it is so far untouched and unchanged than how it was originally supposed to be played out) with the alternate 2004 timeline. something tells me at some point on the island they will time jump again, the skeletons will end up being two of the main people (like hurley said, like probably kate and jack or whoever) and they will do something to make the island sink, like it is in the alternate timeline. i'm tired, fuck you

most of the flash sideways stuff i could live without right now. mainly because i don't see where the hell it's going and yeah, some of the pair ups seem to be for more of a "oh look!" reaction rather than "ahh yes, of course that would happen." i'm perplexed by them, but not in a good way
10,000 Volt Ghost
Mar 20th, 2010, 08:59 AM
According to the producers the "Flash sideways are important and relevant to what is happening in the main storyline." I'm wondering if they're going to merge them at the end and have a John Locke off.

I recently went through every episode of the Wire. Seasons 1, 3 and 4 were really good. Season 2 was alright, and season 5 was definitely the point where the show ran out of steam, and it's probably best that it was the last one.

Whenever I think back to season 2, I remember not liking it much at the time, but it really stands out as surprisingly memorable for some reason. I think you're right; I'll probably enjoy it a lot more when I see it again.
Characters like Ziggy, Nick and Frank were really different from almost every other character on the show.

There is a girl named Spike from DeGrassi High
she had a baby when she was real young
Her best friend is a skinhead chick
she knows an asian boy named Yick
and Caitlin she is very chic
but I'm still in love with a girl named Spike
I don't write love songs
in fact they make me very sick
but Spike the girl from DeGrassi High
she's truly one cool chick
She has the best TV show
better than Beverly Hills 90210
and Shannon Daugherty well she's ok
but I'm still in love with a girl named Spike

I found some new show on mtv2 that is pretty funny. Called something like "the life of r.j. mercer."
Classic nerdy kid falls in love with the hot girl. He ends up at the part with the hot girl then the jock comes over and punches his nose in. So the nerdy main character walks up to the jock in the middle of the party.
He pulls out his elephant sized dick, rubs his sweaty balls then rubs his hand in the jocks face. Then he's like "that what a real man smells like. "

Just watched all seasons of The Wire. I honestly think that television doesn't get much better than that. It took me quite a few episodes to get into the series, but after that I was hooked. Omar is propably one of the best characters in any television series ever. Everything about this show was just awesome as hell. The Wire is so different from the other shows I watch, so no problem for me. Watching the last episode from season 5 made mee feel hella depressed for a couple of days, though. I know the show is entirely fictional, but I still felt like I lost something important. Partly because the show was so incredibly well written and the characters were so great, and partly because I have no life so I can dwell on shit like this way longer than necessary.

Saw the Locked Up Abroad granddaddy-of-them-all edition, Billy Hayes doing a redux of his Midnight Express story. Hell, I thought that was the whole reason that show existed.
I liked that he was somewhat self-effacing and seemed to well realize just what an idiot he had been.
I disliked that he had told the story so often that I recognized sub-dialogues, turns of phrase and even tearful hesitations from other interviews. He'd just finely tuned the drama, that's all. It didn't seem as honest, but then the man's spent the entire rest of his life telling the same story over and over and over and over again, so what can you expect.

I'll have to agree with you about Norm there, Sex Leper. His meta-humor at the Bob Saget roast was great and it was sort of a subtle fuck-you to Comedy Central and their stupid roasts.
But then again Norm MacDonald is awesome and he's just like Bill Murray in that he doesn't give a shit about what anyone thinks. I loved it when he was on Millionaire and he kept making snap decisions without thinking and Regis kept nagging him to actually give the questions some thought. Norm would have won the million of Regis didn't make him second-guess himself on the last question.

Boardwalk Empire is great so far, and I think OMAR from the Wire is going to start showing up more starting with the next episode. Really looking forward to it.
Weeds is...different pretty much every season. It's usually good in its own way, but it always takes a few episodes to get into a groove. I enjoy it, but I don't know where they're going with it, and Nancy just seems to get more and more fucked up.
Dexter started off slow, as someone else said, but that's to be expected. As long as it doesn't suck like season 3, I'll be happy.
Sons of Anarchy has never been really special, and this season is kinda just more of that. I'm not sure if the first or second season was better, but this one is not great so far.

The Halloween episode of the league was really funny.
I also found out there is a new season of REHAB which is currently devouring my time.

I have been bombarded with "Glee" adverts for months now and it looks like the most god-awful piece of shit. Just wanted to let you all know.

Jane Lynch is the only reason to watch Glee. He character is hillarious because she completely bashes the characters right to their faces with no remorse, and since they are so one-dimensional they don't react to her trolling at all. What makes Glee even worse, Party Down got canceled because of this show!

I am anticipating the return of Coco.
Here's a fact that makes me :lol every time I hear it.
Leno's ratings are lower now that Conan's were when NBC insisted that they would get better ratings if they brought Leno back. How's that taste NBC? :themoreyouknow

I've only seen the latter half of season 4 of Dexter but it seems like regarding the plotline
The same thing is going to happen to Lewman that happened to dexters wife
by pursuing this killer.
Also, that they kind of just dropped the season 4 killer story altogether although it played a major part of it.
edit: I thought it was currently on season 4. Turns out its season 5.

I dont know man.
I kind of thought the same thing about Lumens future but I also kind of think she might make it a season or two before it happens. All I know is she needs to get topless beforehand though.

I went to the same college as Jane Lynch!
And before that, I went to the same college as Rikki Lake :/
Anyway, I was watching season 4 of oz today and accidentally shanked myself in the finger, which was painful but weirdly appropriate.
