Aye, a fine McDonald's Shamrock Shake it is, but I have to say that it's just not the same until they bring back Uncle O'Grimacey.

Drink my Shamrock Shake, ye Irish Bastards!

Also, if you're interested in making one of your own it's really easy:

Quick 'n Easy Shamrock Shake recipe:
2 cups of vanilla ice cream
1 1/4 cups 2% low-fat milk
1/4 teaspoon mint extract
8 drops green food coloring

Just put 'em all in a blender until it's smooth and then you're good to go.

Green food coloring and some mint liquor (is liquer the fancy spelling?) in a glass of milk. Plain, simple, green, and minty.

heh the only actual irish recipe is what we call Bagún agus Cabaiste, (bacon and cabbage) but that sucks.. eat some lucky charms instead! :D

lime sherbert, sprite or 7-up, and lemon-lime kool-aid. Add whatever kind of liquor you may want, depending on just how irish you want to get today.

Just remember to enjoy the day responsibly.

Does it count if Its Partially green? If so, then follow these steps for one of the tastiest cookies ever! (screw you,Tollhouse)
1) get a cookie (preferably one that is large and soft baked)
soft baked.
2) place an Andes mint on top
3) microwave for 10 seconds and then spread the melted minty goodness with a butter Knife.

I tried the shamrock shake. Its pretty good.
I liked the green ketchup they used to sell.

Why they stop selling that stuff?

Well, being a cook, and proud of my most enjoyed food: Oreo Pistachio Torte

4 TBS melted butter
1 package of oreos (not double stuff)
1 quart vanilla custard (ice cream may be substituted, but it's not as good)
1 quart cool whip
2 sm packages instant pistachio pudding mix
2 cups milk
green food coloring (optional)

Crush the oreos in the bottom of a 9X13 inch pan, until all chunked and crumbled, take some of the chunks out for later. Pour the butter over the oreos, and mix around, flattening and smoothing the result to form the crust. Mix together the pudding mix and the milk, stirring until well mixed, and then add the custard, mixing until a decent consistancy. Pour and spread custard mix over crust. Spread cool-whip on top of custard mix. Sprinkle remaining oreo chunks on top, refridgerate until set, and then serve.

Hope you all enjoy~

Get a cracker. Break it in half and put a half of a hershy bar on it. Then get a marshmallow and a bowl and an assload of food coloring. Stab the marshmallow in the center (top and bottom)w/ a tooth pick. Take out the tooth pick and throw it away. Now put the food coloring in a bowl and roll the marshmallow in it drenching it and filling the holes with it. The put it on the hershy bar and grahm cracker sammich. The microwave it till it gets big a poofy. Take it out and put the other half of the grahm cracker on it and enjoy!

Warning: Incredibly fucking messy and stains if you used alot of food coloring.

green rice krispie treats were made this weekend. i didn't get to eat any due to kidney stones (did you know that MARSHMALLOWS are bad for people with kidney stones? i did not.)

just the regular recipe with a few drops of green food coloring. the more the better, in my opinion.

also had green J-Bombs (green-tinted redbull with a shot of jager), the ubiquitous green beer (i'm kind of scared of it), and my mother in law made green eggs and ham. seriously. it was repulsive looking.

i'm 1/2 irish and i refuse to eat any of that corned beef and cabbage shit.
