I got something called Ulead GIF Animator that's only good for a 15 day free trial. GIF Movie Gear is even better with a 30-day trial, but I used that up long ago :(

I currently use a freeware program called PAINT.NET. I haven't even bothered to check if I can make gifs with it yet. try it out... if you think it sucks, it didn't cost anything (i should have gone into marketing)

Just the other day while drawing on Seth's Facebook Graffiti wall, I did a little thing of him in a limbo-esque oblivion where he still felt all his lifetime woes while to a side the intangible spiral of God permeated everything.
